IronTek Solutions Re-Rental Program Details
Details of the process:
Customer pays for freight charges to their location. They are not responsible for freight out
Rates are set up in two tiers
- Tier 1: For customers requesting up to 10 machines
- Tier 2: For customers requesting more than 10 machines
Repairs
- IronTek Solutions will supply needed parts to the customer should repairs be needed. If the customer supplies their own parts, IronTek Solutions will reimburse customer the IronTek Solutions cost for the parts
- IronTek Solutions will reimburse customers for repairs, excluding rental inspections and routine maintenance
- Repairs must be approved by IronTek Solutions in advance
- 24-hour response time guaranteed
- *Note: You are responsible for all customer damage
Invoicing
- Customer will be billed on a normal, 28-day billing cycle.
