Terms And Conditions

  1. General

These terms and conditions apply to IronTek Solutions’s Refer-A-Friend Program (“Program”). By referring a friend or equipment buyer who meets IronTek Solutions’s registration requirements, or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by IronTek Solutions’s General Terms and Conditions listed here, and the IronTek Solutions Terms of Service (collectively, the “Program Terms and Conditions”).

Referrer will compete for a Visa gift card (Detailed under “Reward” below), when the Referee has successfully completed a purchase from IronTek Solutions.

Winners will be notified by email about their Visa gift card reward. This email will be sent within the 4-6 weeks following the successful referral (ie. Purchase by Referee). All other terms and conditions listed here remain the same.

  1. Program Participation

The Program is only available to current IronTek Solutions clients who refer a new friend or family who do not have yet an account created with IronTek Solutions. IronTek Solutions reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel this Program at any time. The Program is only available online at IronTek Solutions. Internet access is required for participation in the Program. Current IronTek Solutions members who initiate a referral on IronTek Solutions are defined as “Referrers.” Non-customers who become a IronTek Solutions customer upon accepting a referral are defined as “Referees.”

  1. Eligibility

You must have an existing IronTek Solutions account to be eligible for the Program, to make referrals, and to receive referral rewards. The Program is only available for IronTek Solutions customers. Excludes IronTek Solutions employees. To make referrals, you must:

  1. Refer a customer to IronTek Solutions
  2. The Referee must not have an existing IronTek Solutions account.
  3. Referees must purchase equipment from IronTek Solutions.

Participation in the Program is prohibited where void by applicable law or regulation. The Program is only available through IronTek Solutions. You cannot earn a referral reward for referring someone who is already a IronTek Solutions customer, or for referring yourself. Referral new account activation must be new to IronTek Solutions.

If the person you have referred is already a IronTek Solutions customer, they will not be able to claim that they were referred by you, and neither of you will receive a reward for the referral. You can only accept one referral; you cannot accept a referral from more than one person.

Referrer’s existing account registration at IronTek Solutions and referral messages sent to a referee must be prior to the referee’s opening of a new account.

There is no limit to how many eligible referrals an existing IronTek Solutions customer can make per calendar year.

IronTek Solutions reserves the right to void any referral reward based on the following: (1) ineligibility of any Program participant, (2) fraudulent activity, or (3) if IronTek Solutions, in its sole discretion, finds that you have violated any of the Program Terms and Conditions.

  1. Reward

As a referrer or referee, you will be eligible to receive a Visa gift card reward for each new account who purchases from IronTek Solutions. Referral rewards will be fulfilled by IronTek Solutions. They will be sent to the email account associated with your IronTek Solutions account. Allow up to 6 weeks for delivery after new-member purchase by the referee. Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or other merchandise outside of the Program.

Rewards follow this schedule:

  • $0-$25,000 purchase – $150 gift card
  • $25,000-50,000 purchase – $200 gift card
  • $50,001-100,000 purchase – $350 gift card
  • $100,000 or higher purchase – $500 gift card
  1. Tax

You are responsible for any and all tax liabilities associated with the Program.

  1. Void Where Prohibited

This Program is void where prohibited by law.

  1. Additional Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Program at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to not award a reward or disqualify someone from the Program if we feel, in our sole discretion, that fraudulent behavior or other unethical conduct has occurred in any way that compromises the fairness of the Program in any way. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions and are not valid for previous offers or orders. Spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any form of illegal means of communication is illegal, prohibited, and will be grounds for termination of your participation in this Program. Fraudulent or unethical means of communication such as using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts is also prohibited and will result in similar actions by us with respect to terminating your participation in the Program. IronTek Solutions products are subject to additional terms, conditions, and other restrictions.

By participating in this Program, you agree to release and hold harmless IronTek Solutions, as the operator of the Program, and its affiliates and subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents, and any other entity associated with marketing this Program (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with the Program. You further agree that the Program and rewards are provided “as is where is”. THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STATUTORY WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THIRD PARTIES RIGHTS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF ONE PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
