Fleet Up welcomed Big L Rentals and Sales this week.
Located in Garden City, Kansas, roughly midway between Wichita, Kansas and Colorado Springs, Colorado, Big L Rental and Sales has been in business since 1996.
We spoke with General Manager Ben Blood, a Garden City native who offers this insight into Big L and Garden City:
How long have you been in business?
Jack Beery started Big L Rentals & Sales back in 1996.
What’s your most popular rental?
Like a lot of rental yards, electric scissors are usually one of our biggest movers, it seems like one day we have 40 in the yard and the next day we’re talking about ordering more.
What’s your favorite local restaurant?
Casa Mariachi is my current favorite but I hear good things about Baron’s Steakhouse.
What’s a recent TV show, book, podcast or news story that you found interesting?
A friend in my Vistage recently recommended The Obstacle Is The Way by Ryan Holiday and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
